ANUBHUTI is a one-stop HR Consultancy designed exclusively for Employable Diverse Profiles. It offers wing-to-wing HR solutions for the following groups :

a) Differently Abled Group or people with physical and/or mental disabilities.

b) Silver Group or the group of senior retired professionals/ex-servicemen etc who may be looking for some professional engagement and,

c) Comeback Group or the group of women professionals not currently in regular employment but want to make a professional comeback and restart their career.

It attempts to be the bridge between the corporate world and the large employable diverse population who find it difficult to reach these corporate doors and convince those who matter that they are no less competent. The organization was setup with the vision of creating an "inclusive" workforce where merit is the only criteria for employment and not an individual's physical ability (or disability), age etc . The idea is two fold ...first , and most importantly, to address the social problem of acceptance of physically disabled, senior citizens etc as part of mainstream workforce and second, to bring to the forefront a new pool of employable population to meet the growing needs of the economy. 

We have been focusing exclusively on employment of people with disabilities since inception three years back and have successfully managed 350+ placements since inception . Jobs range from deaf data entry operators to wheelchair bound frontline operations people in call centers to blind HR executives , low visoned Chartered accountants and lawyers to blind voice and soft skills trainers, medical transcriptionists to people with mental retardation employed with garment export house for packaging etc .

We also have an impressive lineup of clients like GENPACT, IBM Daksh, PEPSICO , Hewitt, Efunds International, ITC Welcomgroup, The India Today Group etc .... all of them first timers as far as working with the differently abled is concerned .

We have, only recently, taken on the role of full fledged "DIVERSITY CONSULTANTS"…first of its kind in the country …and hope to have a similar success story to recount a few months down the line

ANUBHUTI, was started by Anubhuti Mittal, an HR professional with extensive experience as an HR specialist in May 2005. Her last role, before she decided to launch ANUBHUTI, was as Assistant Vice President with the HR team at GE.
